| 2010, a year for bargains? |
|
The early weeks of this year 2010 have shown that, as expected, the housing sector will give enough to eat and little else. The sector is currently awaiting the launch of the andalusian website 'tuviviendaenandalucia.es' where for all those owners who accept to lower the price of their flats with 20% and leave them at the price of the mortgage loans the buyer can opt for a refund loan amounting from 9,000 to 15,000 euros, which can end up convincing the potential customer. The andalusian Government, after meeting this week with 70 builders and promoters in Malaga, is confident that the 'stock' of unsold homes that have been completed, 2,100 in Malaga, (plus another 9,000 under construction) may finally be finding buyers and restart the market. |
