In 2001 he joined the largest Law Firm in Málaga at the time specialized in Commercial and Anglo-Spanish transactions. In 2005 he joined Lexland Abogados as a Partner. Languages:
English and Spanish Teaching Experience:Dimas carried out teaching experience in collaboration with the International Private Law Department at the University of Málaga. He regularly publishes articles in relation to his areas of expertise. Areas of Expertise:Commercial Law and Corporate Law. Dimas has a vast experience on commercial law and insolvency proceedings and advises UK owned groups of companies in relation to multijurisdictional commercial and insolvency issues. He is included on the list of Judicial Insolvency Practitioners of the Spanish Bar and is part of the Creditors' Rights and Insolvency Proceedings Section of the International Bar Association. He provides with advice to other Insolvency Practitioners, Accountants, companies and individuals on both contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters.
